Purchased a phone from amazon described as "new". The item I received was unable to be unlocked by the carrier because the IMEI number was already attached to an account, so the phone was useless. Furthermore, the phone had a habit of turning itself on and the case would not close properly (sort of defeats the purpose of calling it "water proof").
A positive? They offered a full refund. Only, I have to pay a buck to have the label sent to me in order to mail it back.
