Amazon has ignored my complaints for nearly 15 years.
They keep saying they will do something about it, but it never happens.
I have got to the stage now where l do not want to ring them up anymore.
I feel totally ignored, abandoned and insulted.
SHAME ON YOU!!!! đâšī¸đ
