Helpful not , Does not have a complaint process , apart from telling someone over the phone who says will investigate and ensure the problem doesn't happen again . Yes sure they do .That's why they have one of the worst trustpilot reviews 50 - 55 % have rated them a 1 star . I could right a book to say what i have just had to endure trying to get a washing machine from them .Numerous calls , waste of time .There staff are scripted to avoid any real factual information . They said it would be del on a date it came and went i had to contact them that day it which i was told there was a delay , spoke to someone else who said the item was damage at 3.54pm when me del was 7am - 4pm . Although they tried to del it when i was at work when i had a sat as i work all week .Then then cancel the replacement as they said they cant get stock , however nothing to do with the fact the machine was priced about £200 more expensive. So did they cancel because they couldn't get it at the lower price . Not only that they will refund me in 5-7 working days , although they have had my money for over for 3 weeks . ? They are absolute cowboys and should be reported to the trading standards . The reason for giving them 5 stars is so people get a chance to read an accurate review of what this company is all about , Look at the trust pilot reviews .
