Amazon, UK absolutely amazing. The Customer Services is an excellent, advisers are very courteous and tactful. I’m ashamed of our abroad and Uk Customer Services businesses from the UK. It is totally abysmal. They couldn’t give a damn about their customers or care less. Amazon is always excellent. You never wait Long for someone to answer the phone, they are thorough, they listen and they refund immediately when necessary. I just cannot praise the customer care enough. I just wish all Customer Service were as good but unfortunately they’re not. That’s why I praise Amazon so highly.
