I ordered two Xmas presents that were due to be delivered today, I had them delivered to my work so there would be somebody there all day. Nothing arrived and when I got home I had an email saying I was getting a refund but absolutely no reason why!! I ordered a kindle and a cover so I can't even go to the shop and buy one, I am absolutely furious as now with four days to go I have to think of and buy something else. Just an explanation would have been good. I thought this was a reliable and good company but obviously not
