I regularly purchase items from Amazon.co.uk and in general I'm very happy with the service, particularly their after sales care. Having said that I think they modified their policy on returns recently to only give a relatively short period of time circa a month before you can return a defective item after that you'll be dealing with the manufacturer, which I am not particularly happy with as when I purchase from Amazon my contract of sale is with Amazon.
