I don't know if Amazon got too big or they got too greedy, but the experience has been getting worse over the last year or two and it's now getting to the point of unbearable. Parcels get constantly thrown over the back gate - even when I'm in. Drivers are wonderful - they always smile and are always very polite. But they all seem to be terribly rushed and in a constant hurry: ring the door, wait 5 seconds and run to ring the neighbour. My parcels get delivered to wrong addresses, and I too received other people's parcels. Your customer support is dreadful - all agents just spew the stuff they seem to copy and paste from their handbook and never actually help you with anything unless you speak to a manager. I don't want to hear how important my problem it is to them and I don't want to hear their assurances of how they will endeavour to resolve it for me. I actually want something done about it! They all take absolute ages to respond to every message you type to them, and when they do finally respond, 9 times out of 10 they haven't actually read your message properly at all and I have to repeat myself over and over again. Do they not understand English? Or are they paid so little they don't actually care about their jobs? They just randomly drop out from the chat and pass you over to someone else. Just dreadful. Please, no "I understand how important it is to resolve this issue for you today"! That makes your customers' blood boil. Come on, get your act in order, Amazon.
