I purchased an iOttie phone cradle for my car which turned out to be unfit for purpose and damaged my car dash. I contacted Amazon by email to ask them for the address of the manufacturer. They responded very promptly but didn't give me the response I asked for. However, they quickly refunded the purchase without my prompting or me having to return the product. I still have a damaged dash which I will need to follow up with iOttie, but credit to Amazon for trying to resolve the issue.
