I almost exclusively use amazon for my purchases of just about everything except clothes and groceries. The very best thing is that, whenever I've had an issue, I always get it resolved with almost minimal fuss. They have the correct speed of sales, dispatch and account handling together. I rely on their reviews and have rarely had any reason to complain.
