i purchased a Nikon Lithium battery on line, it was next day delivery and i was sent the wrong item. i received a pair of JVC ear phones.
i went on line to see how i return the item, which was fine, but then despite saying i was sent the wrong item the system kept wanting me to print out a 'dangerous goods' sticker which meant my postage would go through the roof.
