I love Amazon UK I am a prime member and will continue to be, I always use prime video I rent and buy also, good prices cant be ignored. I recently ordered a number of items with the belief of a free delivery deal advertised by Amazon on orders over £20 my over exceeded £20 and I realised I was then being charged for delivery, I was then having to cancel one item to cover delivery costs an item I really needed. It left me not feeling angry just frustrated and let down, I cannot fault Amazon in any other aspect apart from this which lead me to thinking false advertising I never expected this from Amazon a company I hold in high regard.
