Amazon provides a lot of options for purchase. Most of the time their returns policy (marketplace) is not very clear though.
eg. I purchased a battery charger recently which was not suitable. I requested a refund and packaged and sent it back via Royal Mail. Few weeks later I received a warning letter from Royal Mail saying the item had been destroyed as a "dangerous good".
I followed the sellers instruction and lost my money. Not happy.
Most of the time though, my experience of Amazon has been good.
