Mostly very happy, but recently I wanted to cancel prime subscription.
The website is impossible to navigate, so I had to phone a number, and it's not always easy doing that! But I did and the charming woman cancelled it for me AND solved another query I had. So that was super. I'd recommend Amazon, and do, to everyone.
