With prime membership this is a pretty good site if you leave things to the last minute. 90% of the things that are 'guaranteed' next day delivery arrive the next day. And amazon customer service will usually offer a voucher or extend your prime membership as a result of missed delivery dates.
Refunds are simple if needed, and the amazon locker system is fantasric.
