I've ordered steadily from Amazon over the years. Often my orders arrived early and only once did I Have to return anything. No hassle when I did. I do think that $90 for prime is excessive--my only complaint. Why not give a discount on Prime to regular customers? I might not qualify for the discount but it would give me a goal, rather like buying Starbucks coffee.
