their items seem to be getting cheaper and poorer in quality, but my real frustration is with the poor quality of packagibg and delivery (when it comes through their own network).
Why can they not use packages that won't fall open during transit, and why do their delivery drivers not care where they throw your parcel, or whether it will get rain-soaked or not? I am tired of getting books that look like they fell out of the package and have been hastily stuffed back in, damaging the contents.
