They made me happy in that I got the product I needed and they have a huge amount of products online. So I know when I click in that I can get what I need. The HUGE downside to Amazon is that they are allowing the vendors to not deliver to an area, it should be all or nothing. When ordering in the Republic of Ireland most or all of my friends have to get the packages re-routed to the north of Ireland as they are under a British Address so they come into the English category. It is off putting looking at a product only to find you cannot purchase it as you don't live in the UK. Ordering from Amazon USA the postage is far to expensive. So this normally sends me to Ebay to buy stuff online.
