Amazon are, on the whole, reliable, usually have the item I am looking for, and are very helpful should anything go wrong. I am a Prime member although I really only use the next day delivery and Prime Add-ons (some great bargains to be had!). I have knocked a star off my rating as Amazon no longer deliver at weekends which I find a real nuisance and, to be honest, I'm not sure I'm now getting my money's worth with Prime anymore. If I was using all their other services, such as streaming and music, then I probably would be!
