it's the first place I go to for the best price on, well, virtually anything. After many years (can it really be 14) they've never let me down. Of course there are problems (hence a star docked). I hope recent publicity has improved their reportedly shabby treatment of staff, for instance; and hopfully their tax affairs have improved too. But, really, how did we ever shop without it? Just love that I can sit in my undies drinking tea when I want to buy and have no worries about, y'know, things like dressing,parking or dealing with stroppy shop staff.
