I accidentally pre-oredered a book on my Kindle (which I'm very new to using!) and couldn't work out how to reverse the purchase. I contacted them and they replied very quickly and were able to sort out the issue with no problem at all. Every time I've contacted Amazon for help they have been really helpful.
