An order I placed with Amazon arrived but unfortunately it was an empty envelope apart from a piece of cardboard where the ordered product should have been attached.
I contacted Amazon but the person told me they would replace it if I send the original back ?it was an empty package. Later they said they did not require me to return it but today I was weakened by a delivery driver asking for an item that was being returned to Amazon. It's clear to me that not one person at Amazon has listened to a word I told them.
