Prices are usually great but delivery has left something to be desired of late.
Of all my orders this month (there have been a few due to black friday and the run up to christmas), 50% have been late and 2 were damaged.
After a lot of back and forth, Amazon customer support did manage to resolve each of my complaints but the phone representatives are notably more helpful than those on live chat.
