They didn't and not the purpose of my review - made a purchase of a Canary product from Maplin via Amazon - Worst product, worst company I have dealt with in a long time. Simply sharp practice and a costly one at that. Amazon need to upgrade their expectations of customer protection when serving them to Sharks.
