This is only the second time that I have purchased from the Amazon web site. This time it was an electric fireplace insert. Although the item has not yet been delivered the process of reviewing the item, seeing the specs and details, and ordering the item was very easy. I like to see items physically so will probably be a bricks and mortar shopper most of the time, but ordering from Amazon is a pleasant experience. Let's hope the item is as shown.
