Ordered two items, an ipad case and water filter. After 3 weeks and no update, I logged in to find Amazon reported both as delayed due to technical issues and external factors. Then a couple of weeks later they suggested it was lost and offered a refund. So 5 weeks later and no products! Really hopeless. I'd have ignored this, but the same thing happened with my wife's order. Seems like Amazon is creaking at the seams, they often treat marketplace suppliers badly (esp when they get the odd negative review) but then provide an even worse service themselves!
