Amazon makes customers pay for their own errors.
Amazon refused to return payment of a pair of €150 boots that was returned to them using their provided return label. Because they have not "registered the return". The carrier have confirmed that the parcel was delivered and Amazon refuses to acknowledge the fact even though I, as a customer, have prooved that the parcel have indeed been delivered. Their Customer Support makes you run in circles. They're looking for dead ends to guide you into. And they have no trust in their customers. They even refuse to sign a document provided by the carrier to confirm they are the supposed recipients, and this keeps from engaging in further investigations together with the carrier. We're talking medieval-level poor customer experience. I will dissuade everyone I know from using Amazon.co.uk. And I will stop from using them myself.
