Driver lied about my item being delivered but it never was! Prime account, I was waiting at home for hours, all of the sudden status changed to delivered to letter box whilst I was standing outside! Nobody there!
Ridiculous!
On the top of that when I called customer service they treated me like I stole the parcel and tried to claim the money back!
