I called up Amazon quite rightly annoyed as I had purchased an item and paid for same day delivery. That evening I get a notification to say delivery was attempted and it will be rescheduled for the next working day - nobody knocked at the door or rang the bell, I was in the whole time and no attempted delivery note was left. However... upon calling up amazon they answered my call quickly, dealt with my issue quickly, refunded my delivery fee and after trying to get the driver to redeliver the same day, had to settle for a rescheduled delivery the following day before 9:30am, so I must say although not best pleased with the driver, customer service get a 10/10 from me.
