Paying prime for nothing. Lost products. Delivery late for no reason more often than not. Drivers not even trying to knock/call just assuming if i m not out waiting for them that nobody is home (living in a flat) Refusing to leave parcels at the designated safe place (orders under 20£)
Massive disappointment. Will stop using their services.
