Worst customer service I know!! Paid for prime membership which they cancelled by mistake (and the manager admitted it was there mistake) and then expect me to pay upfront to get it back again. Impossible to talk to anyone from the uk and the staff you do speak to dont care about anything! Five years I have paid upfront for my membership. Will not be going back now!
