Customer service had gone down, it could be that they are cutting cost to increase profit, they now don't offer free return if you changed your mind, and they don't care if you bought the item for a higher cost, they just put the price down the week after... :(
I would be looking to shop elsewhere since they don't offer free return service which most online shops do.
