Absolutely horrible experience. Have placed order Marc Jacobs glasses WHITE WHITE WHITE !!!!! And did receive red ?! Completely different model , have contacted customer service , nothing they can do !!! No replacement offered as they out off stock , when I placed order they they clearly been in stock . Offered 5 £ off as a credit , won’t be using them again . They do claim 85 % accuracy in they orders , I don’t think so !!!
