Horrible service. Had a package sent to Oxford. Was never able to retrieve the package because was Headington hub was closing and package could not be retrieved. Have spent days trying to correct problem.
Have been getting the runaround. Was told the only solution was to give me a credit and requested that I reorder. Never want to deal with amazon uk again. A terrible service!!! Beware.
