Been waiting all day yesterday for my parcel to arrive and now been told it might arrive today.
Waste of time and my daughter's surprise has been ruined!
Amazon make it very difficult for customers to contact them to get a genuine answer.
At least give me an answer if my parcel will arrive today I can cancel if it wont or I'll end up waiting at home all day when I've got other things to do.
Not the first time this has happened either.
