I don’t know why, may be it’s bad luck. But I’ve ordered a laptop. Paying more than it costs from manufacturers, ordering from amazon due to logistic reasons.
Assure it would be the last time I order from amazon. I have been charged. Yet more than a week and still not even estimated delivery time. I have contacted numerous times with support. They will do anything to just leave the chat happy/unhappy supported/unsupported.
I wonder how this company got to be a multi billion dollar company. When cannot handle a simple question like what is the estimated time arrival of an product after almost 2 weeks of ordering. And if you don’t have an answer. Say we currently cannot provide. Don’t cover with dummy stories.
