I usually don't get a bad service from this company but once I go for something big here we go with issues.
I bought a phone for my girlfriend without telling her, to surprise her; but the biggest surprise didn't come from me but from Amazon itself. Instead of a Huawei p30 I found a bloody 12 pounds door chime!! I kept patience and retained myself from writing an awful review like this one but the customer service has been worst than the mistake on the item. I ordered the phone end of May and by the 3rd of June I sent it back as it was the wrong one. Today 18th of June they are still processing my refund and every time I contact the customer service they are just unable to give me an answer, just delay the refund. Now, here I am waiting for a refund and to rebuy the phone from somewhere else.
