I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to your delivery driver, William who gave me a bottle of water when my car had overheated after being stuck in traffic yesterday. I was on my way with my 93 year-old mum to an appointment about her heart. It was all very stressful but just by stopping William made things much better. He was driving a van with CYG (possibly) reg and we were in Streamside, Maidstone, ME20 6SY. I would like to pass on my appreciation.
