My complaint is specifically about Amazon marketplace, which protects fraudulent sellers from scrutiny. Four times recently, I have been sent a cheap generic fake instead of the branded items that were advertised.
Whilst, I have been able to get refunds, it is a lot of trouble for not very much money and I find that there is no way to warn other people. If I leave a negative seller review, they can easily have it removed on a trumped up technicality. If I leave a negative product review that mentions the seller, that is rejected by Amazon.
Had these fraudsters tried the same thing on eBay, negative feedback would have given the game away.
