I love Amazon. For the sheer ease of use in particular. You can get anything you want and I have prime, so sometimes I can get goods in 1 day. But I have ordered before and tried emailing to get advice on lost products to no avail. Disappointing customer service but I guess you have to take the good with the bad with a massive company?
