In general Amazon does a pretty good job, but the fall down hard when it comes to gift returns. They have tracking that says the received my gift return over 10 days ago, and no refund has been issued, also contacted support who said they filled out a request for payment because they can see they have the item. Still nothing. This is the 2nd time that I returned a gift, the first time, the package was totally lost in transit. Serious issues with Amazon.
