“REGRETFULLY, AMAZON PROVED TO BE A HUSTLE... An order of 5 dialysis port entry designed shirts, at a cost of $23-24, were ordered. FREE SHIPPING was to have covered the order. They should have arrived on the 11th of this month. Today, the 27th, the delivery still has not been made!! $$$$ A PERSON OUTSIDE OF THE USA STATED THAT DELIVERY NOW COSTS $57 DOLLARS$$$$ We AMERICANS ARE TALKING/EATING/TAKING Sh1t while being manipulated out of our hard earned dollars. AND OUR GOVERNMENT, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE OUR PROTECTOR, ALLOWS US TO BE VICTIMS OF GLOBAL OUTSOURCING BUSINESSES. I suspects that the pocketbooks of our politicians are fattened by the corporate lobbyists.”

“Amazon continues to miss delivery dates. Customer Service promise to Expedite, gives new dates then you receive an Email with the same old dates. They claim it's due to product sitting at the Wrong Fulfillment Centers and / or delays. Really 2 month delays? Only Solution they offer is to cancel the Order.”

“They normally have produced a number of products both reasonably priced for me. Until yesterday. They asked for a password that does not exist on my computer. My normal account does not allow me in. On going through Amazon they attempted to give me a new password. Instead their antiquated program put me in a new account. I was told they could backtrack it with one of my orders and hung up. I found a recent order. The new agent on the line was speaking very fast and was difficult to understand over a phone. She attempted to get my account back from a previous order. Everything she wanted me to do did not work. She would not listen. Finally the line went to a dial tone. I have ordered and received at least 22-27 orders in the last 2 months. I use prime. Suddenly it asks for a password I do not have. It is attempting to use an email from many years ago. Now it says I have no orders in my past history? I suggest you upgrade your software to something that does not resemble a post office. Something that actually works. I suggest a delivery service where you have an accurate tracking system where you do not have to stay home all day to pick up a product.”

“I have cancelled my Amazon Prime UK subscription because I object to the politics of its owner, Mr. Jeff Bezos, his support for growing autocracy in the USA and his silencing of free speech at the Washington Post. I have also come to realize how much of a monopoly Amazon has become and how much Amazon corners out other seller.”
