Amazon will not refund or help me get a replacement for a cracked barker wire that was sent to me and won't let me add the picture of the bats spark plug wire I would like someone to communicate with me and get the picture of it and do it right

I ordered a simple and readily available fitbit watchband kit from Amazon. No prime. All they had available was a pack with different colors. Something that could easily be sent through US Mail. They originally quoted me a date 5 day delivery date from the order date. Once that date arrived, still no package. I went back to my order only to see that now, without an alert or notification was going to be an additional 3 days until the package arrived. I canceled my order and will never use Amazon again. I got my co-worker who is a prime customer to order it for me at a better price. As far as the arrival time, who cares at this point right? USPS shipping on this item would have arrived the next day or two. Ridiculous! Goodbye amazon but I got around your treatment of non-prime customers by using my friend's account. Ha Ha! Jokes on you.

Whatever you do, don’t buy through 3rd party sellers on Amazon. I purchased a media center. The quality is horrible. I asked for a return label and was told that because the item was not damaged or arrived late, I had to pay $535 in return shipping. I appealed it through it through the Amazon A-Z program and they denied it. I filled out a detailed review to warn other customers and Amazon denied the review because my experience was not pertinent to other customers. The seller of the media center has a 68 score. I learned very expensive lessons. Amazon screens reviews and is not transparent about 3rd party merchandise. Don’t buy from 3rd parties on Amazon. They will not have your back if you are unhappy with the quality. The seller is BVIUNTWO. The unit was $600. Trust me when I say that I am glad to have their merchandise out of my house. It’s junk.

I can locate practically anything on Amazon and have it delivered quickly, which is really convenient. Generally speaking, prices are reasonable, and I prefer reading reviews before making a purchase. Sometimes delays are irritating but nevertheless I always use it

Amazon use to be a great company but now they are horrible. Deliveries are constantly postponed. I pay for Amazon prime with next day delivery but I am no longer getting this service. I cancelled my prime membership, deleted the app, and unplugged my Alexa devices. They will not be getting my money or support in the future.

I ordered a table on May 25. Delivery was promised for June 3–4. Now it's June 26, and it still hasn’t arrived. Support keeps pushing the date (June 16 → 19 → 30), but gives no real info or tracking. This is unacceptable. Where is my order? #AmazonGermany #CustomerServiceFail 304-9864274-3753124
