I ordered food from Amazon on several occasions to which my food was delivered reeking of cigarette smoke. This is quite disgusting not to mention nasty. It appears that their delivery drivers who deliver food to customers are smoking in their cars on top of customers food delivered from amazon fresh. I have reported It to them several times and things never change, the situation remains the same. This has happened to me quite a number of times. I can always smell cigarette smoke all over my food quite strongly. I am spending my money each time, and should be able to expect better service than this. The service is totally unacceptable.

Received only half of my Amazon order, and what I received was not only defected, but the case it came in for cracked. I contacted Amazon for a return label and they said I had to take it to a UPS store, we don’t have a UPS store. We have UPS access points and UPS drop off mailboxes. They said that that is not what they wanted to do. Then they sent me a label that said they would deduct seven dollars from my refund for UPS to pick it up! Why would I pay seven dollars for an order that was not fulfilled? They have a really going down hill and if there was less than one star, I would give it. Greed once again strikes to the consumer. Horrible, inexperienced representatives and I called four different times hoping to get one that had some knowledge. Amazon will be next on the list to go out of business right next to Netflix. You can’t treat customers like this and expect us to return. * I didn’t even receive my order and what I received was defected, didn’t even work! They shouldn’t make it so hard for us to send their wrong sent items back to them. USPS comes to every single door six days a week with scanner in hand and they make it to where only UPS is in their logistic returns. That’s wrong on so many levels.

I placed an order (112-7592070-6553803) on June 6th, but decided to cancel it soon, so I wrote to Amazon customer service and asked to cancel this order, but received a reply that when they ship a package, I would be able to cancel it. After the order was shipped, I found that there was no cancel button, and wrote again and received a response that Amazon cannot cancel this shipment, so I have to wait for it to be delivered and they can issue a refund without sending it back. The worst part is, that I did not receive this package, I think it was delivered to the wrong place and someone unknown signed it, so now they refuse to send a replacement or refund. Do not order from Amazon. Terrible customer service and they won't refund you in the case they fail to deliver you the item you purchased. If I could give less than a 1 star, I would.

I-m only giving 1 star because there isn't a way to give less. I returned a product and should have a $51.96 refund but, i recieved the money on a gift card. Don't know why amazon thinks they can do whatever they want with my money. Closing my account!!!

this is a crock of bull when I do get my order corrected I will not buy anything else on amazon! you make a mistake on your order and you have to wait receive and send it back and just ties your money up too long when I order something I always am able to contact shipper and have it deverted so I can change the order but not with amazon I don't do business like that!!! amazon make good on this order cause you will never see another order from me!

I have ordered new graphics card on Amazon. The package I received contained a completely different graphics card, on top of that it had signs of usage with dust on the fans and scratches on the frame. The mailing box was sealed without any signs of being opened, however the box of the graphics card itself came without any safety wrap or seals. After that I have left a review of the product on Amazon and attached photos of the used graphics card. Then I contacted customer service and followed their instructions. They told me to send the graphics card back to Amazon. Upon receiving the graphics card I was told that I won’t get the money back because it was a different card. However, I don’t have another card, I returned the only card sent to me by Amazon. I was refused a refund and the card I’ve returned was disposed. Our family are regular customers at Amazon. Out of all the purchases we haven’t returned anything except this graphics card. Customer service can't help me. No money, no graphics card.

On May 8, 2021 I had placed an order for Kimera Koffee Original Blend - Organic Ground Coffee Infused with Essential Brain Vitamins (12oz), Rich, Organic Coffee Beans with Cognitive Enhancers to Boost Energy Levels, Brain Function, Memory, Focus, and Athletic Performance on amazon.com which costed total $21.95. The ORDER # 111-5969958-1145868 and Tracking ID: TBA055404891404 On May 10 the order was confirmed to have been delivered by amazon. However upon inspection of my packages I noticed that my order had never arrived. Around that time I immediately contacted amazon on regards to this issue further inform them that my order never arrived. Amazon stated me wait 48 hours until Tuesday May 11 2021 see whether the item had arrived or not. On Tuesday May 10 I again contacted amazon inform them that my item never arrived and that I am would like request a refund. Amazon denied my request and stated for me wait again another 48 hours until my package arrives. The package was reported missing and or not delivered. Since then amazon never conducted investigation on regards to this issue and stated that they are not held liable for missing and or non-delivered orders. If I don’t receive compensation for this loss I will further escalate this issue within arbitration court for breach of contract. Julio

I am cutting down drastically on buying from amazon because of the delivery/ duty charges. order something and it'll cost you double to be delivered. Ordred a lens filter WHICH I DID NOT order, It cost me nearly £15 to post it back. This is criminal, BE WARNED !! P.S. A LENS FILTER WAS DELIVERED WITH THE PACKAGE SLICED OPEN AND THER DROPPING OUT, THE DRIVER HAD JUST STUCK IT BACK IN. ATROSCIOUS.

Bitter experience. Hard to digest. No staff cares for refund of money to customer account. Simply they provide reference number and inform us to contact Bank Branch. Whereas Bank says it will credit the amount of they receive from the sender. How long one should wait to get their money back is God only knows. Since 20 days I'm following it up with Amazon and it's of no use. Oh God please help me in getting back my money. Hope, Amazon Chief will help me in getting back my refund amount early.

I returned an item back to Amazon as important parts were missing. Even after 20 days, I have not received refund. They are giving silly reason saying that, their responsibility is over by providing reference number and to contact the Bank. Bank says they are yet recieve the money. Imagine the fate of customer for dealing with Amazon Company. Worst service and they are least worried to ensure credit of refund amount to Bank. How long we have to suffer and who will help us. Request citizens to be careful before dealing with Amazon and for thier silly response. Totally worst experience with Amazon Company

I can't access my account for the third day. During this time, Amazon sends the same OTP codes that the system does not accept. This is real bullying. Hugely disappointing. We ordered two ovens (at a cost of nearly £2000). Both were damaged, one was unusable. After 16 months of emails back and forth Amazon eventually said it wasn’t their problem - rather the third party seller’s (who refuses to respond). Moral for me at least from this experience is not to order anything from Amazon of any real size/cost -especially where the order is satisfied by a third party seller.

Buying from Amazon is not safe or secure at all. Bought from amazon next day someone in China tried using my credit card details to try to buy stuff. To add further insult to injury never did get the items I ordered!

The retail giant is known for selling apparel, music, media and much more. I'd like to let everyone know to be cautious of shopping with Amazon. Mostly, Amazon is a big ordering warehouse, which doesn't train their employees whatsoever... especially regarding questions related to Publishing and Electronics. Also, beware of the return policies and Pre-Order Price Guarantee. I admit, I have some content regarding physical albums on the site, but my publishing satisfactory levels changed when Amazon decided to pull my videos because it was not generating visitors or sales. They would not let me re-publish my projects. Amazon prides itself on being an open market, but behind-the-scenes they have strict and somewhat prejudicial standards towards sellers and publishers. If there were a more open platform for submissions, with better technical support and almost no misinformation... I would definitely choose them doubtlessly asking consumers to do the same.

This will be the second l wrote this review because imagine that... it didn't appear and I'm sure Amazon had something to do with it. Here's the deal. I changed my last name, email address and phone number. All l am trying to do is get CBS all access, but it is through Amazon unfortunately. I have tried to change my password on and off the phone with them which is worthless because You can't understand a word they say on the phone. When l try to change my password of course it didnt work because they say l already have an account with my new email. THEN WHY DOESN'T IT WORK???? Then after you try a few times they block you out. Well l guess Amazon lost a very good customer because they are full of it.

I can't believe the hassle l am dealing with when it comes to amazon.com. 1st they tell me I need to add my new email address and name to be able to change my password well, I tried to do that and of course it said l already have an account with my new email address, but on the phone they said l didnt. Then, after you try a few times, they block you from trying. The people on the phone don't know what they are talking about. Actually none of what l have tried just to get CBS all access has worked so l guess my business will go elsewhere. Get your act together Amazon, Because you just lost a good customer.
