“I ordered two packages for Christmas gifts, and it said free shipping on the web sight ! when i got the Christmas gift Amazon told me on the phone that there was no free shipping because the items had coupons. Amazon is a total rip off!”

“Amazon's delivery stats - what a joke. I ordered a calendar for a friend. It has now been delivered twice to a wrong address in another state. If you talk to the bot - it is useless. I called customer service and the link I clicked in multiple re-sends went to a page "Sorry we don't recognize that page." I was on hold for twenty minutes with the call center in Oregon. They hung up on me. Buy somewhere else. I am going to have to dispute the charge. I will buy the calendar myself and ship it via USPS and not have to use the illiterates delivering for this sloppy company.”

“I would have known more about the issues others had encountered if I had read the reviews prior. Thankfully, Restoltd/com replied to my issue promptly, professionally, and with sincerity. Last week, I got a whole reimbursement, which was a huge relief and a clear indication that the Restoltd/com staff appreciates client satisfaction and is accountable for their work.”

“Amazon continues to miss delivery dates. Customer Service promise to Expedite, gives new dates then you receive an Email with the same old dates. They claim it's due to product sitting at the Wrong Fulfillment Centers and / or delays. Really 2 month delays? Only Solution they offer is to cancel the Order.”

“I have cancelled my Amazon Prime UK subscription because I object to the politics of its owner, Mr. Jeff Bezos, his support for growing autocracy in the USA and his silencing of free speech at the Washington Post. I have also come to realize how much of a monopoly Amazon has become and how much Amazon corners out other seller.”
