I have been shopping with amazon for about 5 years now and couldn't be happier. In those 5 years I have had maybe two issues and they went above and beyond to make it right. I can definitely see why Amazon is taking over the market. It's hard to stand up against a company that has it's stuff together in all aspects of customer service!
