I've been using Amazon to purchase things for a few years now, Amazon Prime for 1 year. I'm please to say that they've exceeded my expectations for online web purchasing. I've always been Leary of online purchases but I never fear using Amazon. Prime was a wise investment mainly because, shipping is usually free, returns are handled professionally and delivery usually arrives ahead of estimated schedule. They aim to please and they're good at it.
