Bought a Mac Pro and 4 yea square trader extended warranty. The laptop malfunctioned after 8 months. Called Amazon a few times and they did not help or do anything. And its impossible to reach square trade. Took the laptop to Apple and they replaced it with New since it was still under manufacturers warranty. I bought Apple care from Apple and would never buy an expensive product or warranty from Amazon.
