My parcel got delivered to another address i had a email from amazon saying that they had delivered it . well i did not get or sign for it so someone who took it in kept it i am very angry about this but i can not proof it . I got in touch with amazon and explained what had happened and they sent me another parcel very quickly within two days i can not thank amazon so much for there help they are really good i always buy from amazon now.
