Flight delayed departure and long delay in disembarking compounded by lack of clear connection information ment that despite running to get next flight ... I missed it. Was put in shoddy hotel overnight with a $12 food voucher ... very poor
Most of the planes I travelled on had little or no inflight entertainment ... one had the old style Screens hanging from ceiling others had none. Food & drink were also v poor
