Pretty poor customer service from my experience so far. I placed an order on 3rd December 2015, it is now the 10th and still no order arived. I have been given a tracking number but states that my order has be sitting idle in the couriers 'depot' for five days. American Soda have not given a personal or direct response to my complaint. Certainly no way to run a business when basic customer care is lacking.
