I have yet to receive my order. I have checked the tracking and cannot find my order anywhere. I emailed on Friday night with the details. I appreciate that the email was sent in the evening and therefore it may not yet have been read so have copied it below for you. I have not experienced this problem with previous orders so am disappointed this time. Re Order #400084833 I placed this order on 6/12/15. On 8/12/15 I recieved an email to say it had been shipped. The order hasn't arrived yet. I have tried to track the order, using both the order numnber and the tracking number supplied, on all the delivery companies listed but all of them state that they have no record of the order? Please could you look into this and inform me as to what the current situation is with the order? Thank you Anne Brown
