My Order was very quickly processed / shipped. A refund for prepaid but not available items was very quickly and correctly done. As the items (Reese's Peanutbutter Cups in various qualities) are a gift, I cannot say anything aobut the product itself. Once the presentee has opened the packages I'm sure I'll be allowed to sample them :-) and will review the product accordingly.
